Who we are

What we collect

We collect two kinds of information.

Information you give us. When you request a Marketing Snapshot or contact us, we collect your name, business name, town, email address or phone number, and anything else you choose to tell us, such as your budget range or which advertising channels you use.

Information collected automatically. When you visit this site, our analytics and advertising tools may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on site, and the source that referred you.

How we use it

• To research and prepare the Marketing Snapshot you requested.
• To contact you about your request and, if you want, about working together.
• To understand how people find and use this site so we can improve it.
• To measure whether our own advertising is working.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers described below.

Advertising and measurement tools

This site uses the Google tag, which supports Google Ads conversion measurement. When you submit a form, we may send Google a hashed, one-way encrypted version of contact information you provided so Google can match your visit to an ad interaction. This is a feature called enhanced conversions. Google receives the encrypted data, not readable contact details.

Google may use cookies or similar technologies to measure ad performance. You can control ad personalization in your Google account settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Service providers we use

• Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions.
• Google provides advertising and measurement tools, and hosts our business email through Google Workspace.

Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and related correspondence for as long as we may reasonably need them for our working relationship or potential relationship with you. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email nick@wayfindersmarketing.com and we will take care of it. If you are receiving email from us and would rather not, tell us and we will stop.

Client accounts

When we manage advertising for a client, we work through read-only or delegated access granted inside the client's own platform accounts. We do not ask clients to share passwords, and clients can revoke our access at any time.

Children

This site is meant for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
